Shipping & Returns

All Items are shipped via USPS. Buyer can request other shipping Companies (UPS, FEDEX), but at the buyers expense!

Badges in Stock - This means badges listed on the site. These items typically ship within 2 business days, UNLESS you order other items with the badges, then it generally may take up to 24 hours longer

Custom Badges - These badges will take 2-3 business days to be produced. Generally it's sooner, but should be no less than 2-3. This is of course AFTER the description of the badge is sent to me, and we both agree on how the item will look. They will ship as soon as they are finished.

Decals/Stickers - These ship within 2 business days, unless another item ordered holds them up. It will wait until the other item is ready, so a complete order is shipped.

ALL Colored badges take 2-3 business days to be produced, then will ship out as soon as finished.

Shipping time USPS quotes 2-5 business days once the item is shipped. Everything we ship out is sent with USPS Delivery Confirmation*. this is NOT TRACKING, but it does show both, me and the customer the delivery status of the item. (*Only to the U.S.) (USPS does not offer Delivery Confirmation for International shipments)



Returns We will return any of the badges (within 5 days of receiving the product, and in new shape, with the 3M double sided tape, everything else will not be accepted), anything custom we charge a 20% re-stocking fee, everything else will be charged 15% re-stocking fee, we will refund the rest through PayPal.
